, Directors of Ballet Folklorico "ollin"have thirty years experience as professional artist and
instructors in Mexico,the United States and Canada.They danced with the Nationally and Internationally acclaimed dace troupes in Mexico,before moving to the Northwest,including the world-renowned Ballet Folklorico,of Mexico,at Bella Artes,in Mexico City. They have recieved numerous awards locally and internationally,including the prestigious Mexican National Dance award in 1982. |

They have toured throughout the Northwest and Canada performing,teaching, choreographing
and directing. A popular part of their programming an educational children's program,"Dances and Songs of Mexico"which brings Mexico's culture to life for children throughout Washington and Oregon through the Cultural Enrichment,Young Audiences and Artist in Residence programs sponsored by the Washington State,King County and the Metropolitan Arts Commissions. |
